Initial has recently launched ServiceTrak, an innovation to enhance customers' service experience and communication through digital means.
ServiceTrak is designed to replace paper-based service reports that promotes smoother, seamless and automated servicing and reporting process. It provides real time information as customers are able to receive digitised service reports directly to the designated email(s) upon service completion.
These reports can be conveniently and instantly retrieved via an email search, saving time in documentation and processing activities.
